These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AeoBay website and services ("AeoBay", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Plan and price. AeoBay is offered as a monthly subscription. The current price is shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access (and scheduled deliveries) until that period ends, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds. Charges already made for the current billing period are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period in progress. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider retries automatically and we notify you by email. Deliveries pause while a subscription is unpaid and resume once payment succeeds.
What the subscription is. AeoBay delivers research (Unclaimed Questions and writing briefs). We do not write or publish articles for you, and we do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, or traffic — see "No Guarantees" below.

No one controls AI answer engines. We do not promise that your brand will appear in, or be recommended by, any AI answer or search result. What we sell is the work — question research, writing briefs, and follow-up reporting on what you publish.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities
